SAGRADA FAMILIA TICKETS: HOW TO BOOK AND SKIP THE LINE
Sagrada Familia tickets. How to book a visit to the last great architectural project of our time?
Antoni Gaudí’s masterpiece is a must for anyone visiting Barcelona for many reasons:
– the beginning of the work dates back to 1882, when Alfonso XII of Spain reigned, and even today the work is not finished;
– the interior is inspired by nature and the columns look like tree trunks, making this church a fantastic wood and illuminated by colorful stained glass windows;
– Gaudì’s project did not include modern technical solutions, so the Sagrada Familia is also an example of how construction technology has evolved.
To visit the Sagrada Familia I advise you to book tickets in advance to avoid queuing at the entrance, which can last several hours.
In this post you will find all the information to book entry and skip the line.

SAGRADA FAMILIA TICKETS: HOW TO BOOK
Tickets for the Sagrada Familia can be purchased in 3 ways:
1 – at the ticket office, but in this case you will have to make a long queue to enter.
There are thousands of people who come to the entrance without having booked and therefore the wait can last several hours.
2 – buying tickets online by connecting to the page – Sagrada Familia Fast Track
This way you can skip the line and earn at least two hours (this is the waiting time usually for those who don’t book in advance!).
3 – choosing a guided tour to discover the whole history of this building and learn about the background of a project born from the brilliant mind of Antoni Gaudí more than a century ago.
Only with an expert guide you can admire the Sagrada Familia and observe all the details.

SAGRADA FAMILIA TICKETS: VISIT TO THE TOWERS
The most fascinating part of the visit to the Sagrada Familia is to be able to admire its interior and the naves immersed in the colored light that filters through the windows.
Certainly, however, even the visit to the Towers will leave you breathless, but not everyone can face them. In fact, the towers are very high and are not suitable for those suffering from vertigo, and the route is not suitable for those suffering from claustrophobia. There is no elevator and the stairs to do force visitors to cross a very narrow space. I don’t recommend it if you suffer from panic attacks!
If the height, however, is not a problem for you and the spiral staircases do not scare you then you should really climb the Sagrada Familia towers because from there you can admire all of Barcelona.
To get on the towers you have to book a different ticket.
