HOW TO GET TO THE ART INSTITUTE OF CHICAGO
The Art Institute of Chicago is easily accessible by public transportation.
If you choose to arrive by car, the car valet service is available at the entrance of the Modern Wing.
There are also several public car parks near the museum, such as the Millennium Park Garage and the Grant Park North Garage, both accessible.

The museum was inaugurated in 1893 and houses a huge amount of works, but the visit begins already outside. Just admire the two lions on the sides of the entrance sculpted by Edward Kemeys, considered the symbols of the museum.
The museum is made up of different buildings, linked together and containing a total of eleven collections.
