ZAHA HADID FOR ALESSI: WHEN ARCHITECTURE ARRIVES AT OUR TABLES

Can architecture, and art in general, enter our homes and transform ordinary objects, such as a sugar pot or a cheese grater?
If you look at Zaha Hadid’s works there’s no doubt about it, and if you look at the objects presented by Alessi at the Salone del Mobile di Milano 2017, the answer is yes.
“Forma” (Shape) is one of the last projects of product design created by Zaha Hadid for Alessi, presented in Milan at Fuorisalone 2017.

The occasion to celebrate the work of the Iraqi architect, died in 2016, but also the chance to commemorate the long collaboration with Alessi, has led to the creation of real household architecture.

GARDENS TO SEE IN ITALY: 5 ITALIAN GARDENS TO VISIT IN SPRING

Gardens to see. In my blog I often write about Italy, museums, villas and castles surrounded by large parks.
If there’s one thing I do love doing when beautiful days arrive and the air becomes warmer, it’s discovering gardens, those gardens where you can sit on the grass or where you can be catapulted back in time and relive ancient stories.
