DREAM HOTELS: 5 HOTELS FOR ART LOVERS

A dream hotel makes any journey unforgettable.
The perfect hotel for me is located near museums and places of cultural interest I want to visit and provides quality customer service.
And if it houses also some artworks or some design objects there is no doubt I feel like I can touch the sky!

I carried out research on the most beautiful dream hotels in the world and I chose 5 hotels which are perfect for art lovers.

Which one would you like to book?

1 – THE BYBLOS ART HOTEL VILLA AMISTA’ (VERONA, ITALY)

You’re lucky to sleep in a 16th-century villa in Venetian style, but the Byblos Hotel boasts a rich art collection transforming it into a real art gallery.

In this dream hotel ancient frescoes live together with design and masterpieces of contemporary art created by artists such as Kapoor, Damien Hirst, Basquiat, Rebecca Beecroft, Marina Abramovich, Mimmo Rotella and many more.

Each corner and each room is decorated with artworks of all periods and you’ll be amazed at admiring a painting by Tiepolo and you can’t remain indifferent to “Dollar Signs”, famous “dollars” by Andy Warhol, or to Napoleon’s desk.
And there’s a fountain by Bernini at the entrance of “La Pergola”, a three-star Michelin restaurant under the guidance of Heinz Beck.

5 – THE WALLED OFF HOTEL (PALESTINE)

More than a hotel this is a masterpiece.
It’s a hotel which is also a work of art by British artist Bansky, who through this building sends out a message to the world.
The hotel is located just on the border between Palestine and Israel, and from here you can enjoy the worst view in the world.

Yes, you read well: the worst view in the world, because from the rooms of the hotel you can see the Gaza Wall!
The hotel, however, is furnished and decorated with Bansky’s works and if you book “Bansky’s room” you can sleep together with one of his most famous artworks showing a Palestinian and an Israeli in a pillow fight.
