“I never hated a man enough to give him diamonds back.” – Zsa Zsa Gabor
THE MUSEUM OF BROKEN RELATIONSHIPS
There are several museums in the world, maybe too many, but sometimes I discover a new museum and I find it poetic. It happened to me when I got an email informing me that in Los Angeles the Museum of Broken Relationships was born.
If I ever have the chance to go to California, I’ll visit this museum which houses the memories of love stories which broke up due to thousands reasons, which sometimes are inexplicable.
The museum is few steps away from the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and displays objects donated by lovers with broken heart: house keys never given back; a wedding dress; a jar of pickles loved by an ex boyfriend, and much more. Even though the stories are all different from one another, the end is often similar: the couples broke up!
