Musée d’Orsay works and artists of one of my favorite museums in Paris.
It’s the perfect continuation of the Louvre Museum with its art collections dating from the second half of the 19th century to the early 20th century.
The museum was originally a railway station, Gare d’Orsay, which in 1986 became the Musée d’Orsay.

In this post I explain which works you absolutely must not miss and at the end of the post you can also book a ticket to see the museum.

An exhibition dedicated to Lady Diana

AN EXHIBITION DEDICATED TO LADY DIANA IN TURIN

In Turin an exhibition dedicated to Lady Diana to understand her importance of her figure at the end of the 20th century.

20 years have passed since that tragic accident which, on August 31st 1997, caused the death of Diana Spencer, which moved the public opinion, and not only those who loved that woman who was defined “The People’s Princess”.
I clearly remember where I was and what I was doing the day in which the news broke. It was an event so sad that struck the world, and left a series of mysteries linked not only to that tragic night, but also to the life of Lady Diana and her personality.

The exhibition at the Palace of Venaria in Turin, on view form July 8th 2017 to January 28th 2018, will allow you to make a dive into the past and discover all the facets of a woman who marked an era.

Kenny Random: works

Why should an eyewear brand link its name and its latest collection to a street artist and to his works?

The new O-Six collection is aimed at getting a different perspective, and has a lot in common with Kenny Random’s works, who is considered the Italian Bansky.
But in Random’s works we can find romanticism and poetry more than the irony which characterizes Bansky’s works.
Kenny Random’s Street Art reminds us that we should observe the world in a different way, and that we need to look beyond stone alleys and vehicle entrances of our cities. That’s why O-Six brand has chosen Kenny Random’s graffiti for the new eyewear campaign, to get a different perspective!

Andrea Prandi: The Blossoming Soul

Andrea Prandi

12.05.2017 Venezia. 57 Esposizione Internazionale d’Arte. Padiglione Guatemala. Andrea Prandi.

The art of Andrea Prandi ranges freely from canvas painting to illustration, through to photography and digital art, screenplay and film direction. In his most recent production, “The Four Seasons of the Soul” (Le Quattro Stagioni dell’Anima), the artist combines video art and photography to tell the evolutionary story of the soul as it changes over time in its constant search for itself.

Andrea Prandi has continued his The Four Seasons of the Soul series with an ambitious project that combines video art with a complex film installation called The Blossoming Soul (L’Anima in Fiore), which was presented on 12 May on the occasion of the 57th Venice Biennale, in the Guatemala National Pavilion.
I asked the artist a question about his work.
