The Vatican Museums are huge, full of artworks and it’s hard to visit them, and if you waste your energy to queue, when you enter you’ll be already tired, and you will not appreciate properly the marvels they house, for example the Sistine Chapel.
Those who book their entrance tickets online, instead, can go immediately to the ticket office, where they will replace the reservation they have printed at home with the real entrance tickets, without waiting in line.
